The brief was to produce a Regional Roadshow to introduce the new Managing Director and showcase the company’s in-store strategy for Christmas, with a specific aim to personalise each event at a local level.
Clear Island worked closely with Waterstone’s senior management to create and produce a touring conference roadshow around London, Newcastle and Bristol, with each event catering for up to 200 employees.

Clear Island developed the creative approach, handled all the logistics, including travel plans and author signings, managed the events on the day and managed a purpose-built shop to stage the activities.
To accompany the usual conference material, Clear Island produced a series of short films to engage the audience. This included a product showreel and book reviews filmed at various locations throughout the country.
